Brett Agee

Brett has practiced law with the firm since his graduation from law school in 1988. He has tried cases in Colorado and various counties in Oklahoma. Brett's community involvement includes past or present service as a board member of the Pauls Valley Planning and Zoning Commission, Pauls Valley Public Schools, Pauls Valley Rotary Club, Main Street Pauls Valley, and the Pauls Valley Chamber of Commerce.

Brett is also a member and former director of the Oklahoma Association for Justice, which presented him with the Member of the Year Award in 2005. Brett has taught continuing legal education courses for lawyers on the subject of civil procedure and developments in tort law.

In 2015, Brett was recognized by Martindale-Hubbell as a "Top Rated Lawyer in Litigation."

Paul Tortorici

Associate

Paul is a 2019 graduate of OU Law and began practicing with the firm later that year. Paul’s primary areas of practice include estate planning and real estate transactions, as well as corporate formation, transactions, and maintenance. He also assists in many areas of litigation. While in law school, Paul served as an Assistant Managing Editor on the Oklahoma Law Review and 3L Treasurer for the Student Bar Association. In his spare time, Paul enjoys cooking, exercising, and exploring new restaurants.

Kelsee Kephart

Associate

Kelsee is an Associate Attorney with Garvin Agee Carlton, P.C., hailing from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. Kelsee finished law school in 2.5 years, graduating in December of 2019. Her primary areas of practice include oil and gas, natural resources, energy, business transactions, estate planning, probate, and real estate transactions. She also assists in several areas of litigation.

While in law school, Kelsee served as operations editor for the Oil and Gas, Natural Resources, and Energy Law Review Journal and represented the College of Law in the Graduate Student Senate. Kelsee was honored as both a Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation and an Andrew M. Coats Scholar. Kelsee also achieved the Dean’s Honor Roll and spent a summer semester studying abroad at the University of Oxford.

In her free time, Kelsee enjoys traveling with her husband, trying new food, and spending time with friends and family.
