Brett Agee

Brett has practiced law with the firm since his graduation from law school in 1988. He has tried cases in Colorado, Texas and Oklahoma. Brett's community involvement includes past or present service as a board member of the Pauls Valley Planning and Zoning Commission, Pauls Valley Public Schools, Pauls Valley Rotary Club, Main Street Pauls Valley, and the Pauls Valley Chamber of Commerce.

Brett is also a member and former director of the Oklahoma Association for Justice, which presented him with the Member of the Year Award in 2005. Brett has taught continuing legal education courses for lawyers on the subject of civil procedure and developments in tort law.

Jacob Yturri

Jacob “Jake” Yturri is a trial lawyer whose practice area encompasses multiple areas of civil litigation. Jacob handles business litigation (which includes employment law, contract disputes, mergers/acquisitions, and arbitration), oil and gas litigation, and general civil litigation.
While in law school, Jacob accumulated numerous accolades for scholastic achievement such as the American Jurisprudence Award in Contracts and was recognized as a Dean’s List Scholar every semester. Jacob was also a member of OU’s American Indian Law Review and the Oklahoma Federal Bar Association.

Brinley Hutson

Brinley Hutson received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma College of Law and passed the Oklahoma Bar exam in 2023. Brinley primarily practices in real estate and mineral transactions, oil and gas law, estate planning, and Indian law.

Brinley is from Jenks, Oklahoma, and is a citizen of the Cherokee Nation. Brinley has planned on being a lawyer since he joined the Jenks Mock Trial team in high school. During his last year in law school, Brinley participated in the National Tax Law Moot Court competition in Miami, Florida, where he and the team finished as semi-finalists. Before attending OU Law, Brinley received his Bachelor's degree from Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, Oklahoma."
