Brinley Hutson received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma College of Law and passed the Oklahoma Bar exam in 2023. Brinley primarily practices in real estate and mineral transactions, oil and gas law, estate planning, and Indian law.

Brinley is from Jenks, Oklahoma, and is a citizen of the Cherokee Nation. Brinley has planned to be a lawyer since he joined the Jenks Mock Trial team in high school. During his last year in law school, Brinley participated in the National Tax Law Moot Court competition in Miami, Florida, where he and the team finished as semi-finalists. Before attending OU Law, Brinley received his Bachelor's degree from Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, Oklahoma.
